 No. The (newly adjusted) man-page is entirely correct:
 
 See the C99 specification (p. 237):
 
        "The nextafter functions return y if x equals y."
 
 and POSIX:
 
        "If x== y, y (of the type x) shall be returned."

 This is a  bug in NetBSD.
