Pointed out by Thor: the new getty based sysinst run on install CDs needs
a few tweaks:
 - don't tell the user it would be safe to remove the CD (USB drive...)
 - make ^C quit sysinst and go to an interactive shell, exit that to return
   to a new sysinst
 - make ^Z work again
