Hello from Russia, Moscow! Sorry for my bad English. :)

I installed system from flash card. System freezes on download tgz from HTTP or 
FTP on comp.tgz.

I installed system from CD. System freezes on installation process.

I install system without ACPI. All good.

I download sources in CVS and system freezes again! Without ACPI all good!

But I need ACPI! For remote reboot server.

I can compile my own kernel, may be it fix the problem. May be in kernel have 
are some hacks for acpi on my platform.

2. Burn amd64cd-5.1.iso on CD.
3. Try to install system over HTTP or FTP.
4. PROFIT! :)
>Fix:
Boot without ACPI. But it only temporary workaround. It need to fix.
