NetBSD seems to be lacking llroundl() and other "long double" argument 
functions.  I've not had the time to run through the list of the missing ones, 
but they are all defined in c99.

This is preventing Phusion Passenger 3.0.1 from compiling on NetBSD because it 
is using this function.
