Thanks for writing and maintaining netpgp!

While packaging it for use in Debian, I noticed that after building, running 
the tests, installing and cleaning up the netpgp testsuite, the tests/homedir/ 
directory is still present.  This is not a problem by itself, but it would make 
the lives of packagers easier if the attached patch was applied to 
tests/Makefile :)
