Trying to run NetBSD 5.0.2 boot.iso in qemu-system-x86_64 0.12.5 results in:

panic: cnopen: no console device
fatal breakpoint trap in supervisor mpde
trap type 1 code 0 rip ...
...and so on

This does not happen when booting with ACPI disabled (installer starting).
