It occured to me that the wakedev-code should enable certain GPEs,
regardless of what ACPICA does.
Does this system suspend with ACPI? If so, can you try if the problem
persists after a suspend/resume cycle (you might want to turn on the
variables in the hw.acpi.wake -sysctl tree)?
