 The BIOS may update the status of the battery periodically. And NetBSD
 obediently prints the information every time.
 
 This is harmless (but annoying).
 
 Probably this should be printed only during the attachment. (Albeit this
 loses the information when e.g. two batteries are swapped at runtime.)
