In my opinion lpr(1) and related tools should be optional (like MKPOSTFIX, 
MKKERBEROS etc.). 

I created patch, available at http://smutek.pl/netbsd/mklpr.diff that adds new 
build option: MKLPR (default: yes). 

Please, consider this feature.
