This latest patch seems to work.  Getting ~100MB/s which is reasonable
for the attached media, 1.5Gb/s PCI card and 8192 byte boundary issue.

To clarify for everyone not keeping up with the full
thread, this patch has been applied to a vanilla
5.0.2 sys src tree and is running under a stock
amd64 XEN3_DOM0 configuration in debug mode.

I will put this through its paces building a 5.0.2 amd64 GENERIC
kernel and then boot that and test it too, to see if it solves that
case as well.

Expect the answer to that in about 20 minutes.
