    I have been running a Compaq DL360 with cac(4) [a Smart Array 5i if I
remember correctly] for some time with little problem. No problems like
reported in this PR, just some trouble some times with code changes such
as the softc/device_t split. There is a slight annoynance of a warning
message that I haven't bothered shutting up yet - 'cac0: unable to alloc
CCB', due to the ld(4) layer not knowing how many outstanding requests can
be sent to the cac(4) driver. I do not remember what version of NetBSD I
first started using with this machine, but probably nothing earlier than
 4.0-ish.
