 I now have many more devices for mixerctl to handle.
 In particular, outputs.master2 influences the volume.
 mplayer now falls back again to software volume.
 
 I guess it's fixed.
 
 Is there a way to call outputs.master2 outputs.master instead (without
 the 2)? That'd be even more useful.
