If root partition is on PCMCIA,some slower machine can't find 
root partition and boot failed.
After apply msg003526 fix, kernel can find root partition and boot.

>How-To-Repeat:
boot hpcmips machine on -current or 5.0.

boot failed.
- MobileGear R530
- IBM Z50
- Docomo Sigmarion I

boot fine.
- Docomo Sigmarion II
- NEC MobileGear R730

Apply patch to src/sys/dev/ic/i82365.c

After apply this fix,IBM z50 boot again.
