 I've not checked if after latest man page changes drm(4) still has the
 required info, but despite MAKEDEV creating the device, it's likely to
 get magically deleted during every failing xorg test at configuration,
 for some reason, which the man page in 5.0 release mentions.  Because
 of this it unfortunately becomes necessary to manually recreate the
 device no matter what, until a successful configuration works.
 
 This possibly could be handled by another future PR though in x11
 category...
