Hello David.
This problem is quite old and wasn't caused by a missing keymap.
It was a problem of applications, which somehow weren't accepting
the mentioned czech characters. I experienced such problems in
many applications like OpenOffice, web browsers, etc. But then I upgrad=
ed
to a new PkgSrc and tried the same in a newer version of firefox
and it sudennly worked well.

and this PR could be closed.
Thank You for Your support.
Regards,
Jaromir.
