I've had the same problem, I patched it a while ago and recently submitted it:

The failure was due to the driver relying on a single method to
acquire the address.

It's been tested and working, no side effects that I know of, the fix
is simple anyway.
Hopefully we will soon be able to run our hardware out of the box with 5.0.
