I see similar behavior on a non-CGD system (doing rsync backups, orheavy disk I/O to an external USB disk). It seems like my issue gotmore severe after upgrading the server from 4GB to 8GB of RAM (this isamd64), but it could have coincided with recent changes in -current as well.
