The website http://www.netbsd.org/mirrors/ is outdated. I have tested CVSweb 
and FTP servers and many sites are outdated or even offline. A site is offline 
if there are no NetBSD files or DNS does not resolve or the server is gone. 
Outdated means there is no NETBSD5-RC directory. Here is the list (i didn't 
bother checking the Web Mirrors):
