 This PR no longer applies to HEAD, since David Young eliminated the
 relevant code in revision 1.50 of sys/net80211/ieee80211_ioctl.c.  But
 the problem still exists in netbsd-4 and netbsd-5.  Can someone please
 make the trivial fix and close this PR?
