     mkdirhier appears to be an X.org command.  Since not all ports
have switched to X.org and not everybody will install X, I'm not sure
that it is appropriate for a base manpage to refer to an X.org
manpage.  Also, the most common way of doing what mkdirhier does is to
use 'mkdir -p'.  Given that there is a more common/standard way of
doing what mkdirhier does I don't think there is really a need for
mkdir to reference it.
