1. Go to in your favorite browser.
2. Try to click on several of the links in the navbars.  You'll seem to stay on 
the same page.
There probably needs to be some apache redirects put in place for the site.


The html needs to have absolute pathnames for those links.


The gnats site needs to have a different navbar.
