 Xen older than 3.1.4 are known to have some bugs which may cause such a 
 panic.
 
 Also NetBSD 3.99.21 is also very old and may also have bugs causing this.
 
 So we need to pinpoint if this is a Xen or NetBSD issue.
 
 Please try some combinations of a newer Xen version (3.1.4) and a 
 -current kernel and see if the panic still happens.
