Architecture: arm
Machine: shark
>Description:

After the bind fixes have been pulled up, I can't compile netbsd-4 anymore
for shark:

 ....dist/bind/lib/isc/pthreads/condition.c:36: error: expected identifier or
'(' before 'void'

It seems somehow the #define isc_condition_waituntil(cp, mp, tp)
from lib/isc/nothreads/include/isc/condition.h is defined here - so we are
inconsistent about using/not-using threads.

>How-To-Repeat:
Try building a release for shark on netbsd-4 (probably the same issue applies
to -head, but I haven't verified that).

>Fix:
n/a
