 How? It would help if NetBSD hadn't thrown away the bug-reporting
 channel information.

 doc/bugreport.texi says

 | Bugs should be reported to the GCC bug database. Please refer to
 | @uref{http://gcc.gnu.org/bugs.html} for up-to-date instructions how to
 | submit bug reports. Copies of this file in HTML (@file{bugs.html}) and
 | plain text (@file{BUGS}) are also part of GCC releases.

 The only file named either BUGS or bugs.html under
 /usr/src/gnu/dist/gcc4 is libstdc++-v3/docs/html/17_intro/BUGS, which
 is not about reporting bugs of any sort.

 No, having to use the Web is not an acceptable substitute (though,
 fortunately or unfortunately, in this case I appear to happen to be
 capable of it - I'll see what the webpage that should have been in
 bugs.html has to say).
