 Provided fix with edit-pr (sorry about that);
 
 summary: kern/vfs_bio.c revision 2.201 to 2.202 caused the problem for 
 buf_init() now sets b_cflags to BC_BUSY; patch explicitly sets it to zero 
 again in wi_get().
 
 Similar patch also fixes dev/scsipi/cd.c's si_get().
