We need to know (at a minimum) what version of NetBSD you're using,
what kernel you built (GENERIC or something else, and if so, what)
and it would be helpful to see what *does* appear in dmesg.

Make sure the PS/2 port isn't disabled in the BIOS.

Also, please see http://www.netbsd.org/support/send-pr.html and if the
issue doesn't get sorted out right away, please file a bug report in
the bug database to make sure it doesn't get forgotten.

A backtrace from this ("bt" or "trace", I forget which at the moment)
would be helpful also.
