 zstty(4) works fine on cobalt and news68k without LOCKDEBUG,
 so maybe it's x68k specific.
 
 I wonder if zscn_cs in x68k/dev/zs.c:zs_putc() should be updated
 once after the device is attached during autoconf(9).
