>Description:
        The most recent change to var.c, revision 1.129, broke the
        install in tests/atf/atf-sh. Make now insists that the
        destination has to exist for the "make install" job to
        succeed:

install ===> tests/atf/atf-sh
    install  /u/build/HEAD/dest/sun3/usr/tests/atf/atf-sh/Atffile
nbmake: don't know how to make
/u/build/HEAD/dest/sun3/usr/tests/atf/atf-sh/h_misc. Stop

nbmake: stopped in /u/build/HEAD/src/tests/atf/atf-sh

        Reverting revision 1.129 and rebuilding the tools make makes
        it install again:

quattro: {51} /u/build/HEAD/tools/sun3/bin/nbmake-sun3 install
    install  /u/build/HEAD/dest/sun3/usr/tests/atf/atf-sh/h_misc
    install  /u/build/HEAD/dest/sun3/usr/tests/atf/atf-sh/t_atf_check
    install  /u/build/HEAD/dest/sun3/usr/tests/atf/atf-sh/t_config
    install  /u/build/HEAD/dest/sun3/usr/tests/atf/atf-sh/t_normalize
    install  /u/build/HEAD/dest/sun3/usr/tests/atf/atf-sh/t_tc
    install  /u/build/HEAD/dest/sun3/usr/tests/atf/atf-sh/t_tp
quattro: {52}

>How-To-Repeat:
        Try to either install tests into a formerly-empty DESTDIR or
        manually remove one of the destination files before doing the
        install. Watch it fail because the target doesn't exist.
>Fix:
        Sorry, don't know.
