 99% of segmentation faults in the C compiler on i386 hardware reported to
 the NetBSD project are caused by hardware problems, mostly bad memory.
 
 1.) Can you please rerun the bootstrap and check whether it crashes at
     a different file?
 2.) Could you please try running a memory test program on your system?
