The iso-image target in etc/Makefile is indeed obsolete since it has been
added to build.sh. Unfortunably mac68k has not been converted yet because
it relies on mkisofs. Once makefs can create a usefull mac68k iso image,
the iso stuff can be removed entirely from etc/
