following entries are missing in .../arch/hpcmips/conf/TX3922
options         COMPAT_16
options         COMPAT_20
options         COMPAT_30       # NetBSD 3.0 compatibility.

they exists in ../arch/hpcmips/conf/GENERIC and especially COMPAT_30 makes life 
easier when using 4.0. Adding this the entry made mount-command to work instead 
of reporting bad syscall
