I've found how to reproduce the problem even on i386:

# uname -mrs
NetBSD 4.99.49 i386
# uudecode < [attached one]
# gunzip bomb.fs.gz
# vnconfig vnd0 bomb.fs
# fdisk vnd0
Floating exception (core dumped)

My previous patch fixes this.
