configure volume etc for azalia.

Try "mixerctl -w outputs.master=248,248" on system that does not have
outputs.master.

Sorry I don't know. For me it was trial and error. I asked on
netbsd-help and received some suggestions but even what worked for
me was different what worked for others.

Maybe the docs shouldn't be specific for azalia but for audio in general.

How to know what is for controlling volume for speakers?
