 Could you modify your lkm to print the pci_intr_handle_t token
 passed to pci_intr_establish as a hex value?
 
 It is supposed to have 0x10000000 set (see sys/arch/x86/include/i82093var.h
 defining APIC_INT_VIA_APIC and APIC_IRQ_APIC)
