	azalia(4) isn't outputting any sound.
	It is however capable of recording (tested with audacity).

	I noticed the following things:
		- dmesg with DEBUG shows various outamp: mute=1 size=0 steps=0 offset=0
			for output widgets
		- xmms always start with sound off (it is probably taking the sound volume
			from the kernel)
		- changing volume/options with mixerctl does not change anything for output
			(it does however works well for input)
		- audacity says this when I start it (maybe not related): "Cannot get
			priority range for scheduling policy 0"
