 Can you reproduce this bug with a current -current?  I've been trying to 
 get my test system to do this for the last couple weeks but it won't 
 oblige.  I don't think that my patch of January 3rd fixed everything, 
 since I myself have encountered the problem since then; but I haven't been 
 able to spend any time on it for a while.
 
 Specifically, I'm interested in which of the calls to genfs_putpages in 
 lfs_putpages causes this problem.
