I'm explicitly setting pciide to pci0 function 15 dev 0 flags 0x0001
to get decent performance with BOTH of my drives.

However, if anyone here has any insights into why "communications
failed" despite "device attached" on viaide:0:0, please let me know.

I get streams of "wdcintr" if I turn on debugging, and other stuff I
do not have access to right now, but it may be in the PR I filed.

Unless this issue is fixed, many people with VT8237A SATA controllers
(device ID 0x0591) will only be able to use one port.
