Synopsis: /etc/netstart flushes routes while netmasks wrong

I can't reproduce it anymore as I am lacking the appropriate configuration.
However, on inspection of the network startup introduced with rc.d, it
appears not to be a problem anymore (unless perhaps the admin has explicitly
disabled the flushroutes in /etc/rc.d/network).
