can not boot 3.1-RC4 with a QLA2200F/66 installed. gives a "isp0: I/O while blocked" message continuously. I have tried the default INSTALL
kernel and the GENERIC.MP kernel. I have tried with BIOS enabled
and disabled with no difference.
This bug also exists in 3.0 with a multprocessor kernel build with the
32bit kernel.
