>How-To-Repeat:
	Cross-build -current for vax on i386.  Install.  Boot.
Attempt to run 'ps -aux'.  Watch it fail.  Determine 'ps -u' doesn't
work.  Try 'top'.  Watch it die too.  Investigate if 'systat pigs'
dies too.  It does.  ('systat iostat' and 'systat vmstat' work just
fine... )
