Synopsis: dumping to RAIDframe device doesn't work

State-Changed-Why:
Dumping to a RAIDframe partition is not supported. If something has gone
wrong in kernel-land, there is way too much hair involved in the RAID bits
to attempt to dump to a RAID device... If you need to dump a kernel
core, allocate a special partition just for that, or arrange to dump
to the data part of a partition that would normally be used for swap.
