 Respectfully, I disagree.  I do not understand that there is a
 good reason why we make bootable ISO images for some ports for
 the setup under src/etc, while for other ports where we know how
 to make an ISO image bootable, should *not* do so also for the
 image built from src/etc?
 
 The setup in src/distrib/cdrom/ is the setup for the multi-
 architecture boot images, and it is overly complicated and
 requires a lot more effort to use compared to e.g. the setup for
 i386 in src/etc if the intended action is to build a single-
 architecture bootable macppc iso image.
 
 Please re-open the ticket.
