   It works now.  It had assorted problems for a long time after it
 began to work again, eventually settling into a pattern in which it
 would generate frequent DMA and CRC errors on the console.  But it
 looks like that may have gone away with a very recent upgrade.
 
   So I would suggest that you close the PR.
