Using MIME attachments in a GNATS PR just makes things incredibly
difficult.

It would be much better to simply attach a plain old SHAR file (as
created by the native /usr/bin/shar tool), thus making the contents
extractable with any simple text editor, even after the munging done by
GNATS.
