 It still does not work with 4.0_BETA from 2006-09-25 or 4.99.2 from 2006-09-25.
 
 Around 2006-09-01 I tested to boot with -s to determine if it reaches
 user-space:
 
 The kernel asked for the partition to boot from, but did not make it to
 the query which init to load.
 
 When disableing MULTIPROCESSOR the kernel boots into multi-user.
 
 Using a DEBUG+DIAGNOSTIC kernel it freezes along the probes (last tested
 around 2006-09-13).
