 yep, i did check that, xenconsoled seems to be up and running.
 Killing that process and running xenconsoled not daemonized
 gives me the following
 
 # xenconsoled -i
 Failed to create tty for domain-1: No such file or directory
 Failed to create tty for domain-1: No such file or directory
 Failed to create tty for domain-1: No such file or directory
 
 btw.
 # xenconsoled -V
 Xen Console Daemon 3.0
