Trying to install NetBSD/amd64 4_BETA (20060812 snapshot bootable ISO), I got a segmentation fault in sysinst, and I could get it again following these steps:

Edit partitions, make only one for NetBSD with all the available space. Now select another slot and edit partition type, select NetBSD. sysinst says "No free space. Hit enter to continue." then crashes.
