Can you try to build a kernel from -current sources, which include
 sys/arch/x86/x86/mpacpi.c rev 1.38, and sys/arch/x86/x86/acpi_machdep.c
 rev 1.11?

I fixed one way that the ACPI SCI interrupt could get screwed up, but I
can't verify if that matches what you are seeing.
