 what is your goal with having the pre-processed source?
 If it is "just" finalizing the compilation, then it is not worth the
 effort. Actually I have this box to toy with something non-x86 (no
 real work).
 
 If it serves improving the compiler, we would need to figure a way.
 I have no web-space myself where I could easily upload something.
 
 On the other hand, if testing the compiler on hppa hardware is the
 issue, what about making a compiled lang/gcc3 package available.
 I could pkg_add it and compile locally with that compiler and report
 back.
