A kernel compliled with GCC 4 and -Os will reboot while it's in the
device detection/configuration phase. It usually reboots (depending
on the hardware configuration) somewhere in the ISA bus area
of detection.
>How-To-Repeat:
Build -current with HAVE_GCC=4, watch a INSTALL kernel fail to
completly boot.

Something related to GCC or the ISA code.
